Disconnect to Reconnect & Align on Purpose
Day 1 will allow us to unplug from our day-to-day responsibilities. Taking time to reflect on our individual and team journeys. We’ve also spoken a lot about what our “WHY” is as MTN Cameroon.
This session will present and finalize the key themes coming through from the pre-work that you have all submitted.
Day 2: Tuesday 21.11.23
Strategy, Culture & Values
Day 2, will open with a recap of our 2024 Strategy. Emphasizing our key priorities for 2024.
We will then turn our conversation to our Live Y’ello Culture & Values, that we need to embody in order to ensure we win with this Strategy. Live Y’ello aims to enable, prepare and empower us to lead through values and become the key values and culture role models.
Day 2 will end with our end of year party, themed a “Trip to the Galaxy” .
