Dr. Fons Trompenaars has spent over 30 years helping Fortune 500 leaders build meaningful connections to manage and solve their business and cultural dilemmas to increase global effectiveness and performance.

In 2017 he was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, and in October 2023, The World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) awarded its prestigious George Petitpas Award to Fons Trompenaars.

She has worked for McKinsey & Company for for close to a decade and leads the Transformation practice for West Africa driving various progressive leadership projects. Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked for various other organisations including Google and KPMG.

He has spent most of his corporate career working in the UK in business development and leadership roles in IT and Telecoms and has earned a wealth of world-class developmental accreditations including ‘Lead Facilitator of Transformation (Gita Bellin), Leadership Circle Profile (TLC), Culture Transformation Tools (Barrett Values), Systemic Dynamics (HellingerInst.) and Co-Active Coaching (CTI).
